Bedrooms:
The bedrooms are located upstairs on a mezzanine floor, with sloping beamed ceilings:

Bedroom 1 is a large double bedroom with a super king size bed wardrobe space and a chest of drawers.

Bedroom 2 is a twin bedded room with double wardrobe.

Bathrooms:
The bathroom consists of a vanity unit, WC and bath.

Kitchen:
The large fully fitted dining kitchen includes double built in oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, steamer, slow cooker and ample supply of utensils and crockery. There is a kitchen table and four chairs.

Living Rooms:
The spacious lounge/diner features comfortable 3 seater settee and chair, coffee table, wood burning stove (logs are provided), large Breton side-board, TV/Video player, radio MP3/CD player, a dining table and 4 chairs and Welsh dresser.

NB: In addition to the wood burning stove, electric heaters are fitted to the walls.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Bed linen is provided for the super king size bed. Towels and bedlinen for the single beds can be provided for an extra charge.

Outside:
The garden consists of 3/4 acre of lawn and shrubbery to the front and rear. There are also secluded patios at the front and rear of the property. The garden table has an umbrella and 6 chairs and a barbeque is available. Ladies and gents cycles are also included.
